Steps to Placing a Screen Printing Order

-Client education is integral to a smooth order. The more you understand the printing process the easier it will be. Our website is filled with information about the screen printing process in general, and about our specific procedures and policies. Please read through our site thoroughly to get the basics. The ABOUT section has a thorough rundown of the screen printing process. We will be happy to work with you to answer any questions you may have and to assist you with selecting the best product and printing technique for your project.

-The next step is to prepare your artwork. Please read through our Artwork Guidelines page for specific information. If you need help setting up artwork, or determining the number of colors in your artwork, or determining whether or not your artwork is print-ready we will be glad to assist.

-Next, you will need to select the product(s) to be printed and determine the sizes and quantities you will require. When you contact us for a quote please include a brief description of the kind of shirt you have in mind. Heavy weight, soft and fashion fit, most cost conscious, etc. We will quote you for a shirt that best matches your wants. Or even better, if you know the specific brand and style number you want to use please let us know.

Once you have completed those steps you are ready to submit your order for a quote.

Preparation

-Send us an e-mail with the information you put together above. We will need to know the products you need printed (or a description of what you have in mind), how many you need printed, whether or not you have a hard deadline you need them by, and the number of colors in your artwork (if you have artwork ready send it along at this point for the most accurate quote possible).

-At this point we will prepare a quote and you will receive an email with a link to view the quote in our online system. Review the quote and ask any questions you may have. If any adjustments to items or quantities are wanted, just let us know and we will revise the quote and send you another email with a new link.

-Once you are satisfied with the quote you will be able to accept the quote and pay the 50% deposit directly from the quote itself. If you would like to pay the deposit via cash or check just let us know and we will make arrangements for that.

-Next, we will prepare a digital artwork mockup that will show your artwork on a template of the specified product and will list the product color, ink colors, print dimensions and locations.

-You will receive an email notifying you your art is ready for approval and a link to view it.

-Review the mockup and make sure all the information meets your approval. The mockup can be approved or declined directly on the mockup page. If you decline the mockup there is a space for you to request the changes you would like made. If changes are needed we will make the adjustments and send you a new approval link. 

-Once we have your approval on the mockup we are ready to begin the print process. Orders are generally turned around within ten business days from this point. Make sure to let us know if you have a hard deadline you need to have the product in hand.

Print, Pack, Pay, Pick up

-We then create the films and screens and print your order.  

-Once your order is complete we pack it up and update the invoice to include shipping (if applicable) and deduct any shortages (if applicable).

-We will then send you an Order Complete email notification. You can pay the balance due online via the link to the invoice provided in the Order Complete email, or if you would like to pay cash or check for the balance when you pick up the order just let us know. If we are shipping the order to you it must be paid in full before we ship.

-We will then decide on a time that works for you to come pick up, or for us to deliver to you.

-If we are shipping your order to you we will email you the tracking information as soon as it ships out.
